The dining experience at GAIA offers superb cuisine with a 360 degree panoramic vista of the Pacific coastline.
La Luna
"La Luna" features items from three different menus: international,
local and low-carbohydrate dishes…grilled local jumbo shrimp and
polenta nestled on a bed of mixed greens with shaved parmesan &
mango-pineapple chutney served with dressing of your choice and warm
Cuban bread; "El Plato Tipico" could consist of thin-shaved slices of
local-grown roasted beef, rice and beans, picadillo (sautéed
mixed vegetables) and our delicious homemade Tico bread; a
low-carbohydrate dish could consist of low fat cut of meat prepared
with natural spices and a vegetable soufflé topped off with carb
and fat-free pudding for dessert.
The Gaia Grill
"The Gaia Grill" provides our 24-hour menu with a succulent array of
grilled meats, fresh salads consisting entirely of local ingredients,
on-site prepared soups, breads, sandwiches and desserts.
